Furthermore, all incident, illness, or care logs require immediate, dual-signature verification from both our educators and you, giving your family a crystal-clear window into your child's day.

Absolutely! We believe that early learning is a beautiful partnership, and keeping you connected to your child's day gives you total peace of mind. We use the  OWNA digital app (accessible on mobile or desktop). 

With OWNA you’ll never miss a moment. It offers precise, live tracking of health metrics including what they have eaten, toilet moments, sleep time, photos of them throughout the day, updates from the educators, important centre updates and much more!

Our  Old Bar centre opened in late 2025. 

We are a family-owned and operated coastal village dedicated to nurturing the whole child - mind, body, and heart. Unlike standard daycares, our academy trades traditional bright plastics for soothing natural tones and a calm, unhurried atmosphere where child safety is paramount. Through our unique INSPIRE curriculum, we are proud to offer an onsite performing arts centre and a dedicated music program led by a professional music teacher to ignite your child's natural curiosity, confidence, and creative voice.

Positive mental health and a deep sense of belonging form the very heartbeat of our everyday life. We believe a happy child is one who feels secure, heard, and valued. To support this, we have built a unique internal ecosystem focused on emotional wellbeing for both our little learners and our valued educators. By keeping child-to-educator ratios low and creating small-numbered, home-like rooms for our under-threes, we provide a stable, emotionally supportive environment where children can confidently form lifelong friendships and regulate at their own natural pace.

Yes. Our on-site cook prepares fresh, nutritious, and seasonal meals daily. We view mealtimes as an important social occasion where children sit together in an unhurried environment to connect with their food and each other.

To provide reliable, elite support for our families, Little Learners Forster will be open Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm. We operate 51 weeks of the year, closing only for two weeks over the Christmas and New Year period and on standard NSW public holidays. This consistent schedule ensures your child maintains their unhurried rhythm and connection with our community throughout the seasons.

Our child-led approach means our expert educators thoughtfully follow your child's natural curiosity and unique ideas, turning their interests into joyful milestones. For our preschoolers (ages 3 to 6), our room designs encourage team collaboration and adventurous play. Backed by government Start Strong funding, our accredited Preschool Programme focuses on the fundamental cognitive, physical, and social-emotional milestones needed to ensure your little one feels entirely capable, happy, and ready for their next big schooling chapter.

Yes, Little Learners is a fully approved provider. Eligible families will be able to claim the Child Care Subsidy (CCS) to help reduce out-of-pocket costs. The Strong Subsidy may also be on offer to families with preschool aged children. There is also a further sibling discount - get in touch to find out more!
