About Us
The Little Learners Experience
"Imagine a sun-drenched, family-run country haven where emotional wellbeing and local town connections form the beautiful roots for a lifelong love of learning."
A small-town sanctuary where big adventures blossom.
At Little Learners Wauchope, we know that meaningful discovery begins with a happy mind and a secure heart. Established in 2023, our architecturally curated sanctuary features floor-to-ceiling windows flooded with natural light, raw wooden timbers, and soft, natural colours to create a true home away from home.
By trading overstimulating plastics for unhurried, holistic spaces, we protect the natural pace of early childhood so little ones can comfortably build local friendships across our six age-specific rooms.
Here, country life is celebrated through a stunning performing arts centre, a dedicated music teacher, and a shared fence line with our neighborhood primary school. Guided by our heart-led pillars of Nurture, Inspire, and Achieve, we walk hand-in-hand with your family, making early education a beautiful extension of your local community.
All-Inclusive Activities + Learning
Pioneering spaces designed to spark curiosity.
Our state-of-the-art academy opened in 2023. It was masterfully designed from the ground up, moving far beyond standard local childcare spaces to create beautiful, custom-built spaces where children can safely find their own rhythm.
While we proudly meet all NSW Educational Standards, our unique I-N-S-P-I-R-E curriculum is designed to elevate the experience of every child. We focus on the whole mind, body and heart to ignite a lifelong spark of curiosity.

FAQs

At Little Learners, child safety isn’t a checklist or a policy tucked away in a binder—it is the absolute foundation of our family-run village. We believe that for children to explore and let their imaginations run wild, they must first feel completely safe and secure. Leaning into the latest NSW safety reforms with open arms, we protect your little one through a deeply embedded, everyday culture of care
Our comprehensive safety infrastructure is governed by five strict protocols:
The "Children First" Mandate: The rights, safety, and best interests of your child supersede all other operational considerations. Every logistical decision is systematically logged, tracked, and reviewed.
Elite Child-Safe Recruitment: Onboarding includes rigorous, multi-tiered child-safe screenings, comprehensive background vetting, and active, continuous checking capabilities for all statutory clearances.
Legal & Mandatory Report Fluency: All educators, leaders, and volunteers complete mandatory child protection training, ensuring absolute compliance with current laws and expert competency in wellbeing monitoring.
Protected Disclosure Ecosystem: We enforce robust whistleblower and protected disclosure guidelines, empowering staff and families to speak up instantly in an entirely transparent, open culture.
Data & On-Site Device Lockdown: Digital privacy is fiercely guarded. Personal mobile devices are restricted within learning zones, confining all OWNA app documentation to secure, service-issued hardware. Room allocations are tracked by the minute, and all medical or incident files require immediate, dual-signature validation.

Keeping our families intimately connected to their child's development is foundational to our academy's philosophy. Through the streamlined OWNA platform, you have instant mobile or desktop access to a transparent window into your child's day (accessible on mobile or desktop).
With OWNA you’ll never miss a moment. It offers precise, live tracking of health metrics including what they have eaten, toilet moments, sleep time, photos of them throughout the day, updates from the educators, important centre updates and much more!
